Making a Prototype for a Laser Lawnmower

• a. We are a real company based out of Fargo, North Dakota, and registered with the North Dakota Secretary of State. This is real and NOT a scam.

• a. Most people will only cut their grass when it is healthy and growing, hence forth why they are cutting the grass. Healthy normal grass is made up of mostly water 70%- 85% water. There is no fear of it catching fire.

• b. There are some people whom would cut “dry” or “dead” grass. In theory, that could cause a fire hazard. With that said, we have made modifications and designs to the patent.

• c. *** We have added several water jets (found after the lasers have cut the grass) which will spray water onto the clippings to prevent any possibility of catching fire. This is an OPTION which can be turned off by the user. If they are cutting healthy grass there is no need to have the jets spraying on the clippings.

• a. It is important to note that IF a person were to get their foot or fingers under the lawnmower deck, it will be cut off no matter if it was the metal blade or a laser.

• b. The BIG difference between getting cut be a laser and a metal blade is how the wound looks. From a medical point, it would be easier to attached a severed finger, toe, hand or other body part when it was cut off by a laser. A Laser will make a straight “clean” cut, which a medical surgeon will be able to attach it much easier.

• c. However, in the same situation of a body part being cut off by a metal blade, the wound would be different. The edges will be jagged and torn. It may or may notbe able to be attached as easily as a laser wound.

• d. Another issue is the infection possibility. The laser would NOT have any germs which would enter the wound when it is cut, because of the intense heat. Where as a metal blade would have grass, dirt, and germs on the blade.

• e. Another point will be that IF a person were to get their foot or hand under the deck of the lawnmower, the normal spinning metal blades covers the entire area under the deck of the lawnmower.

• i. But the small area for the lasers will be about 1 inch from the left side to the right side of the lawnmower deck. So, unless that person who accidentally went under at the exact point of the laser’s they will not get injured.

• ii. There is a 100% chance of a person getting injured from a spinning metal blade IF they get their body part under the lawnmower deck.

• a. As you can see from the diagram a person who accidentally fell while riding on the riding lawnmower will have a less of chance of injury or death with the Laser Lawnmower than the spinning blade mower.

• b. It would be more likely a person whom fell (while sitting on a riding lawnmower) will miss the lasers, since the lasers are stationed further forward on the mower. While on a traditional spinning blade mower the person would 100% be injured by the spinning blades.

• a. 100%of the people (would be affected) whom would have been injured or killed by an object being thrown at them from the spinning blades. Laser lawnmowers do NOT have spinning blades.

• b. Roughly 80%-90% of people (would be affected) whom would have been injured or killed when they accidentally fell under the push or riding lawnmower, since the danger area of the lasers will greatly be reduced by 90%.

• a. The Laser Lawnmower will NOT have any spinning blades which will kick out objects at the speed of a .357 magnum handgun. People will not be struck and harmed by any spinning blades.

• e. On page 3 of the report, it reported 77,244 injuries from lawnmowers.

• f. Since, this report ONLY took a sample of 96 hospitals we must look at how many hospitals there are in the United States.

• a. YES, IF you were to look at a blade of grass (under a microscope) after a metal blade cuts through the blade of grass, you will see a jagged edge.

• b. If a laser were to cut that same piece of grass the edge will be a “clean” straight cut. This is LESS traumatizing to the grass and will be healthier for the grass.

• a. YES, it is environmentally friendly!

• c. NO need for gas.

• d. NO pollution in the air from the engine.
