Project Description

This proposal has been provided to seek the required funds ($80,000) which will be utilized for building, paying contractors, buying equipment/tools, and training employees. We will also be able to establish a distribution network, advertising, marketing, operation cost, and other required logistics.

In specific terms, our building contractor requested an amount between $50,000 to $100,000 to finish setting up our space. We also require an additional $15,000 to train 4 employees who will see to the daily running of the company and ensure that MainBrows achieve its objectives.

At MainBrows, we offer multiple services that align with permanent makeup, the company is owned by Carol White (60%) and Moureen Maina (40%); two experienced individuals who are passionate about their craft and want people to understand that their work enhances people’s beauty and confidence.

We are located in Des Moines Iowa, 1201 Keosauqua Way, suit 102, Des Moines, IA 50309 but we will also target Madison WI, and Kansas City MO to serve many people who need our services but can seem to get a brand offering the same level of procedures that we offer. Aside from the US market, we intend to grow into an international brand.

We will target Nairobi, Kenya; Johannesburg, South Africa; Lagos, Nigeria, and Dakar, Senegal Many residents in these locations could use the services of a professional who is talented and very good at what she does to the point of creating her company to deliver satisfactory services to customers in minority communities.

We are uniquely the only place in DSM that offers top-notch brow and beauty services to males, females, young or old, and all skin types. We have an arrangement that perfectly fits each customer.

We plan to offer our clients dependable and satisfactory services in a clean, attractive, and comfortable environment; operating with state-of-the-art equipment in the hands of professionals; we have what it takes to attract customers in droves to our space by leveraging good customer service, and partnership with leading brands across our locations of interest to increase our brand visibility.

The management team will ensure that all the needed equipment and resources for MainBrows to operate are well accounted for, and the staff is well trained to follow the best protocol and carry out their responsibilities in line with the globally acceptable standard under the leadership and the guidance of the owner. We want to be the best in town, and we will deploy all resources to achieve that.

Once the fund has been acquired and deployed, meeting all financial obligations will not be a problem as there is enough customer base across places, we have identified who will be attracted to our services and will be willing to pay for much-improved services and equipment which are not available in regular spa across the city.

We will target both men and women of all ages with services that they are likely to want such as eyelash extensions, skin treatment, permanent makeup, and other services. The owner already has good knowledge of the market and customer preferences; therefore, she will leverage it to increase profit and enter an agreement with good suppliers to reduce the company’s expenses.

While there are many worthy competitors such as plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and med spas; the management is not concerned about their activities. The focus is on MainBrows’s expansion, to create its niche and carve out loyal customers for the business. Sound business management, customer relationship, and satisfaction will be the difference between MainBrows and other competitors.

The passion, experience, and expertise of the management team will come in handy in the company’s journey to success and the market size is a good indication that the company will achieve success on multiple fonts thereby generating a high return on investments for the shareholder and investors within few years of operation.
