A Luxe Cigar + Hookah Lounge

Our mission is to create an upscale, inclusive social experience where luxury, culture, and community meet. This concept is more than a cigar and hookah lounge; it’s a curated nightlife destination designed to elevate Dallas’ entertainment scene.

We’re solving the problem of limited high-end social spaces for mature, stylish adults seeking atmosphere, discretion, and quality. Most lounges focus on either cigars or nightlife; we’re combining both, with standout features like oversized walk-in humidors and a hidden VIP lounge.

The U.S. cigar lounge market generates over $2 billion annually. In our target area, Dallas and the North Dallas suburbs, demand is growing fast among professionals who value curated experiences. Our concept blends nightlife and exclusivity, giving us crossover appeal across several premium lifestyle categories.

We’re seeking funding to complete Phase 1 of our buildout: the main lounge. This includes ventilation systems, walk-in humidor construction, luxury seating, lighting, and city permits. Your investment helps us open the doors and begin building community. (Phase 2 includes the VIP experience.)

Our team includes seasoned entrepreneurs with expertise in hospitality, HVAC/buildout (which reduces costs), marketing, and customer service. We’re hands-on, committed, and deeply passionate. This project is personal and designed to stand the test of time.
