Local Restaurant Startup

Milwaukee needs an Italian restaurant that is open for lunch so you can get pasta almost any time of day! We will serve authentic Italian pasta dishes with pasta straight from Italy, supporting our local grocer, Glorioso's. We will also serve sandwiches and paninis, while most of our ingredients will be fresh from local farms and businesses, including Mindeman Beef, Rock Cheese Co. and Pritlaff Meats.

Our fresh sauces and soups, along with pickled veggies will be available for purchase as well so you can take our signatures home and cook with them yourself.
