At Health Evolve we build patient-centered technologies at the intersection of care and culture. Global health equity is our primary focus. We believe that the rise of patient partner is our greatest opportunity to close the health equity gap. Our team of clinicians, researchers and tech-experts are closing the gap in health equity and transforming the way we take care of people. We focus on three key areas:

Achieving health equity is not just the right thing to do; it is also a problem we cannot afford to overlook. In the US alone, it costs $340 million annually. That number will reach the trillions in our lifetime if we don't reimagine our approach. Health Evolve was launched to be the disrupter.
