Project Description
For the past five years, Gabby has dedicated her time, energy, and heart to helping others find ease in living more sustainably. If you ever shopped with Fill More Waste Less, you understand the significant investment Gabby has made over the years. Even though those days have come to an end, in this new chapter of Fill More Waste Less, you can expect to see the same dedication, passion, and effort that she has already invested.

This is your chance to help her continue to move this movement forward. While uplifting and providing resources she funded Fill More Waste Less using personal funding and has been unable to receive a stable income for the past 5 years while doing so.
This is a campaign to help relieve some of the financial burden during this time of transition.
The Breakdown (see the above image for the budget breakdown)
Debt: It is no secret that you need money to run a business. While there are multiple ways to fund a business venture, loans are one of the easiest ways to do it. This amount will not cover the full amount of debt that has accrued over the past five years, but it will help us get started on paying back the money that is owed.
Hiring for Events: If you have ever been to a market or event where there are a bunch of tables, tents, and vendors, we hope you enjoyed it! While these events are so much fun, they take a lot of work! Events include packing, loading up the vehicle, transferring the products and gear to the event, setting up, sitting in sometimes extreme conditions, packing up, moving out, loading up the vehicle at the end of the day, and then unpacking once it is all over is a lot for one person to do. Hiring help for these events is essential to the sustainability of our event participation.
Personal Medical Bills: For the past five years, Gabby has been working "for free" and has not had access to health care. In 2023, while moving from one storefront to another, Gabby injured her back, which has been something that has gone untreated for almost a year. This money will allow her to get the medical attention she needs to assess the damage and start making steps toward healing.
Online Order Fulfillment Center: In order for us to provide you with sustainable products, we need a place to do it! This money will go towards renting a space that will serve as our order fulfillment center so that we can continue to provide you and others with the resources and plastic-free products you need.
Legal Assistance: As we make changes to the way Fill More Waste Less operates, we will consult with legal experts to determine how to proceed. We are potentially considering changing the legal structure and status of Fill More Waste Less.
New Refill System: Since we can no longer complete refills in our shop, we are working with other shops to allow you to refill at their locations instead! This money will help bring back refills in a more accessible and sustainable way!

We do not currently have a way to offer you refills, but this is something this campaign with help us get back to doing, but in a different way!

Gabby will help you do this by mindfully listening to your feedback, answering any questions you may have, guiding your towards any resources that can help you on your journey, and help set you up for success as you continue your journey towards living more sustainably.
