Frequently Asked Questions:
- Where will Kaleidoscope Family Gym be located? In Puyallup. We are currently negotiating a space in downtown Puyallup, and will keep everyone updated on our website and our FaceBook page.
- When will the gym be open? We are hoping to be open in first quarter of 2020, but everything hinges on securing a location. Again, watch for updates on our website and our FaceBook page.

- How do I contact you? You can contact me via email at [email protected] or PM me on our FaceBook page.
- Why are you crowdfunding? Two reasons. First, I wanted to avoid debt when opening the gym. I have invested a lot of time, energy and money into making the gym a reality, but with building improvements and adding bathrooms and flooring, etc - it is necessary to raise more funds. Second, I want the gym to feel like a community effort. Having people who believe in the project and want to stand beside me on the journey will mean so much.
- Why did you choose IFW as your platform? They are amazing! Using a company to help me raise funds was important to me. Also, they have wonderful educational resources to help me take the right steps in starting my business and my crowdfunding campaign.
- What will you do with all the money you raise? So much! We will add 2 ADA bathrooms with adult changing tables. We will purchase equipment (swings, trampolines, the traverse wall, sensory specialized activities, art equipment, musical equipment). At this point I am purchasing as much equipment as possible as I see it on sale, but we will definitely be spending all of the raised funds on toys, activities and building improvements. Every dollar helps.
- What if you raise more than your goal? Wouldn't that be absolutely amazing!!!! Even if you see us surpass the goal - any dollars over that will be invested in the gym!
- Who are you? I am a mom, grandma, aunt, sister, daughter, friend, entrepreneur. I retired from 30 years of supervisory duties and am working on bringing an important feature to our community. Somewhere that families can go to hang out and learn about each other and offer support and encouragement to others.
Oh yeah! Coolest deal yet! Half-price on our Starburst Party (normally $400) - includes private party for up to 15 kids, setup/cleanup, party assistant, themed decor, juice/coffee/tea, fresh fruit or vege platter, pizza, 1 sheet cake or 15 cupcakes, goodie bags.
And you don't have to be a kid to have a party at our facility! Wedding showers, baby showers, sports-viewing parties, just a bunch of friends party!
This award option is good until 9/30/2020 and can be used on one party within a year of our opening date.
