Our favorite response to our platform is: "No one does that". But, we're doing it.
Mission
Jobvair is an all-in-one software application that includes a smart resume builder, an ATS for applicants and a HCM system for onboarding. This easy-to-use application will serve as a one-stop-shop for all hiring needs. In addition, we highlight diverse backgrounds to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as provide opportunities to individuals who need specialized assistance during the job seeking process including para-abled candidates.
The Problem
1. There are no existing platforms that easily allow you to create a resume that clearly communicates your qualifications unless you spends $100s of dollars on a custom resume.
2. You get lost in the sea of applicants when applying to jobs and may never hear back regarding a job. This also makes it tough for employers to find the right talent.
3. Recruiters and hiring managers are struggling to be more efficient and grappling to stay ahead of technology trends which drags out the hiring process.

- LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor & ZipRecruiter
- How are you different?
- LinkedIn: They remove all formatting, as well as some content, which makes it hard for job seekers to be recognized. It allows for fake or duplicate resumes, and it needs more search functionality.
- Indeed: They don't allow job seekers to easily publish a resume, making it hard to get noticed. There aren't enough search features for recruiters. Not all employers post their jobs due to cost, so job seekers don't get all of the options.
- Glassdoor: They lack advanced search options. The required sign-up process is time-consuming, and the questions aren’t created with remote workers in mind. They post their jobs via Indeed, and the cost is passed on to users.
- ZipRecruiter: They have high volumes of fake jobs/accounts and intrusive spam content via email. This means that it takes longer for companies to complete the interview process prolonging hiring. They are also much more expensive than other platforms.
