Inclusology is a software that gives companies struggling in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion the tools they need to improve employee retention, recruitment, and growth.
Turnover related to unfairness is costing companies 64B. Our market is 17B.
We use employee engagement surveys to create automated, benchmarks, and solutions to give employers instant access at their fingertips the solutions to solve their issues.
Our company is in the midst of raising 1M in our seed round in order to increase our human capital and get to our product launch. We need help building our tech team and going to market.
