Our Belief
The more we see ourselves in the world, the better the world will be. 2020 taught us a valuable lesson of getting outside the comforts of our own bubbles and truly coming together in unity (community) to better understand how we impact everyone around us.
Our Mission
To create a seamless travel experience on the journey that doesn't compromise the joy of getting to the destination. Traveling, by our definition, means going anywhere outside of your own home, including grandma's house. We will provide travel goods that elicit a more stress-free practice of taking children anywhere in the world.
We don't look at accumulation of miles and passport stamps as a vanity metric and although it serves as a huge privilege, enhances our overall quality of life. Our hope is to be a catalyst to raise the next generation of children that are happy, healthy, and whole.
Our travel products are not just tangible goods, they translate into long-lasting memories, forge bonds through connecting communities, and champion spending time together with our loved one's and families.
Travel Facts:
According to Travel + Leisure magazine, experts have found that traveling with children creates a strong foundation for the child. The learning of new languages shows a positive uptick in children's cognitive functions and children who practice bi or multilingualism often test better and are offered higher positions (later in life) than one's who are monolingual (speak one language).

The Takeoff Collection is currently owned, operated, and running solely on the founder, Imani Bashir. However, in order for the company to run smoothly and scale properly, here's where our contributors come in:
