Hyper III’s Mission:

Hyper III Doggy Water Park and Resort is on a mission to create a fun, safe, and interactive water park that caters to all things Dogs!

The Problem: Woof means “We Want Water”

On most days especially hot summer days dog’s want to get out in the water and play too.

Most city public dog parks are dry dirt areas, some permitting off-leash running and playing and almost all with no access to water to drink or to play in.

After playing in the dirt for hours your dog now must get in the car and go home dirty ruining car seats and new home area rugs. Ever been stuck at the dog park for longer than expected socializing with other dog owners and just want to grab a cold drink.

Solution: “The New Water World for Dogs”

Hyper III Doggy Water Park and Resort’s core service include a state-of-the-art water park to with uniquely designed splash pads, puddle pools, and a full-size leisure pool. High-definition mounted cameras capture your dog’s water play. There will be an open run dry play area for dogs to hang out when they have exhausted themselves with water play. The Park will also include a self-wash beauty bar (included in park ticket), grooming salon, retail outlet, full-service food and beverage lounge, doggy birthday pawties, and a host of other park amenities to include live music days.

What we have accomplished so far:

• Launched our website
• The site located in Aurora Colorado is under an agreement (contract)
• We have 50 annual memberships pre-sold
• Developed a site plan with Hover Architecture
• Consulting with H20 Fido & Commercial Recreation Specialist
• Creating numerous Partnerships and building the Hyper III community

The ASK: We need your help?

We are looking for donations to help us bridge the gap between planning and construction.  With less than 3% of VC funding going to minority women startups and small businesses, the more support we can get the easier it will be to get the proper backing from banks to complete Hyper III.

The momentum we hope to build here will keep us rolling towards our goal of a grand opening in Spring 2022!

• $100, 000 will secure the equity we need to close on land purchase
• $70,000 will allow us to finalize and purchase our first set of splash pads and puddle pools.
• $50,000 will allow us to pay for building and landscaping architectural and engineering services to include plans, permits, licensing, surveys, and preconstruction costs.
• $30,000 continuous development of Hyper III Doggy Water Park and Resort!

My Name is Lakisha Benford Founder of Hyper Water Park and Resort.

I was handed the Entrepreneurial torch as a child. My father is a small business owner of 40 years. He has shown us that hard work, determination, and discipline you have to have to be a successful small business owner. He has also shown us the rewards of being a small business owner have if you stick to your goals and dreams and never give up. I have been an entrepreneur since a young age. It started with my first lemonade stand which then turned into a hot dogs and lemonade stand outside my father’s auto mechanic shop. I opened my first brick-and-mortar full-service hair salon immediately following college in 2006. I am motivated by the everyday challenges that come with being a small business owner it allows me to always think on my feet it forces me to problem solve and most of all it drives me to stay creative with the ever-changing world. My current project Hyper III was derived from my own personal problem of being a pet owner and wanting to have more variety of places to take my dogs and have a good time with other dog owners.
