Home Renovation Today

We are starting a home renovation business in the hopes of transforming every neglected properties we can find in our area, into a beautiful place to live again. We aim to revitalize our community, one house at a time. This is more than just our future venture, our endeavor has the opportunity to become a community passion project. Together we can seek out the beauty that lies behind the forgotten and bring it light, realizing the potential of forgotten homes and making them loved once more.

We aren’t big developers or real estate moguls, we are just a mother and daughter team who want to see the potential of their neighborhood realized. We have a shared passion for home renovation, design aesthetics and interior decor, and have always dreamed of making a positive impact on the world around us. Together we discovered home renovation and the impact it could have on our streets. No more congestion on our roads to do construction, no more air or sound pollution due to heavy machinery, no more skyrocketing mortgage or rent payments to bring in new residents. There are plenty of homes that have been forgotten by their previous owners, waiting for someone to come along and see the potential. There in no need to constantly build new, when with a little love and attention any home can become new; only with shared history and memories.

There is no shortage of properties that have been left behind. There is always that one house on the best block, that drives down neighborhood values and aesthetics. There are plenty of houses with overgrown foliage, so no one who walks passed can see what lies beneath. As there is constant developments, there can be constant renovations.

We are seeking funds to start our business, acquire our first property and secure sustainable renovation materials. We don’t plan on working for clients, we aim to buy properties, renovate them and sell them, using the proceeds to secure another renovation project. We have no desire to work for people and sacrifice our standards and aesthetics to please another’s timeline, budget and ideas. Might not be the most sound business plan, but we have no desire to rise up and compete against big companies. The funds will see our small duo establishing ourselves and renovating homes in our area.
