Besides participating in the live virtual show you'll also receive our first ever Mini Cookbook! We'll be creating a cookbook representing a lot of vegan recipes inspired by our Dominican Caribbean Roots! 

Approx 30-40 recipes all created so you can make it in the comfort of your home. This will be a PDF version only with beautiful images, clear instructions, and videos on Youtube (private viewing mode) so you can follow the instructions easily from the Mini Cookbook! 

Recipes will include (mostly gluten-free vegan recipes):

• Easy Vegan Desserts such as our popular vegan flan, Vegan Fried Dough (gluten fried dough - Dominican Bunuelos), Coconut Ice Cream and more.
• Snacks / Appetizers - easy to make snacks such as our popular Calamari, Chicken Chunks, and more.
• Nutritious sauces to go with many of your meals
• Meals - anything from making our popular Mofongo, House Rice, Oxtail, Burgers and more!
• We'll be inviting a few different guest chefs to join us for the YouTube videos so you can learn different techniques from them too!

You'll also be able to participate in our Virtual Live Cooking Class Show. 

I promise we'll make this fun! The Mini Cookbook and Show will be live by the beginning of Aug 2020 and the videos will start also in July. Some Videos will be ready to view from July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov and December.  All videos for the mini cook will be fully finished and ready to view by Dec 2020. *You'll receive an email with instructions for the date of the show and list of ingredients you'll need to follow us at home.

Our Virtual Live Cooking Show is going to be off the hook!

We'll have a professional host, guest chef/s, and the team from Mama's Vegan Cocina doing a live cooking show...it will be a fun night and you wont want to miss this much fun!

We'll be making at least 5 dishes - we'll send you in advance via email a list of ingredients so you can follow us and create your vegan meal from home. For those that want to come in person to participate in the show, we'll have a list of VIP customers who have supported us throughout the last year to come and have fun cooking with us for this live show! 

Its going to be an amazing evening! The Live Show will take place in early August 2020.

For this highly nutritious event we'll have several guest hosts showing up the benefits of juicing and tea making with different herbs, greens, vegetables and more!

We'll have music, fun games (blind folding games for rewards to take home) and you'll also learn how to juice and make delicious healthy teas to drink for different purposes from helping with migraines, viruses, anxiety and more. 

We will provide all ingredients needed - all you have to do is show up and participate.

This is an in person show - that will also be video recorded so people anywhere in the world can benefit from having fun with us while learning and appreciating the art of juicing and tea making.

From 111 participants about 18-20 per month will participate starting in Aug 2020, the last class will be in DEC 2020. You'll have the option to sign up in advance for a class in advance. One class per supporter.
