WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WHAT IS A WAX MELT?
Wax melts are scented wax that can be melted on electric or tea light warmers.
You will notice a difference in the wax depending on the warmer you use - It is all personal preference as to which is better.
Warmer Kits are also available for a limited time.
WHAT IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED?
If items are damaged or defective please email us with product picture and information at Vernywaxco@gmail
Some items like wax bars and melts will occasionally naturally crack during transit, which is unavoidable. But we're doing our best to always improve packaging.
WHAT'S CURING?
Freshly poured wax melts tend to get stronger over time as oils bind on a cellular level to wax.
We recommend waiting 1-2 weeks after purchase before trying your first cube or melt. ( You can still open and sniff )
WAX & WARMER INFO

While the wax is melted in the dish, put in some cotton balls or tissue. The wax will adhere to them and leave the dish clean - Let it dry, then dispose.

Silicone baking cup liners make clean up a breeze-
Never pour your wax down a drain or toilet.
Never leave your wax warmer unattended or on overnight.
Keep out of reach of children and pets
Never eat the wax melts - If accidental ingestion occurs please contact your physician.
