I’m Jaquill Ford, the founder of Armonia Place Home—a revolutionary memory care and nursing facility launching in rural Kentucky in May 2025. As a Black woman and healthcare entrepreneur, I’m building a space where dignity, culture, and holistic care are at the center of how we treat our elders.

Our Mission:

To create a culturally-rooted, soul-filled sanctuary for aging adults—especially those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory loss. We’re blending traditional care with innovative healing experiences like:

The Memory Lane Experience — immersive storytelling with vintage scents, music, and familiar objects.

The Harmony Garden — a peaceful outdoor space for therapeutic gardening and spiritual reconnection
The Harmony Kitchen — a buffet-style, soul-food inspired kitchen open 7AM–5PM for freedom and dignity
Rhythm & Roots Therapy — drum circles, ancestral music, and movement to awaken joy

This isn’t just a facility. It’s a movement. A rebirth of what it means to age in peace, surrounded by beauty and legacy.
