I am a Vegetarian, as well as a Soho dweller. After years of working, I quit my job to start a business. However, the sudden three-year-long pandemic has turned my profitable business into a loss-making one. Plus increasingly difficult for individuals seller without capital and team to survive in this e-commerce world. Untill today, I am still struggling in the vortex of bills, debts, and survival. Everyday my mind is extremely tense, and my physical condition is deteriorating. I urgently desire to change this situation, a friend told me that I can try crowdfunding here.
I have been looking for a better way to survive and get out of trouble in these years. Now I finally found a new business (better way to sell): Private Brand Online Store + Pre-sell Crowdfunding.
First, I hope to raise a few funds through crowdfunding pre-sale my produts, to sustain my livelihood and take care for my health now, and create an independent website store for my own brand, and then I can get rid of the fiercely competitive e-commerce platform.
When my business starts making money, I will also give back here, becoming a donor to express my gratitude.

Q: Who are you and why are you seeking funding?

As my company name “HEALTHY TRADING”, we will merges advanced technology with ease of use, and continue to innovate to launching more high-quality products on the personal healthy care, beauty care, skin care, Light Therapy, TCM Acupuncture Therapy, TCM Meridian Preserving ect.
Our TCM Acupuncture and Meridian Health Care, these are the Alternative Medicine and Relaxations Therapy, are the Traditional TCM Therapy and TCM Health Culture with thousands of years of history inherit. We while providing the acupuncture products, we also provide the acupuncture treatment guidelines to various human acupuncture points indications (with the pictures and text introduction PDF) to our customers, which guidelines is original. Offering effective solutions helping you achieve radiant skin and healthy body from the easy and comfort at home, empowering you to take charge of your skincare and healthy wellness journey with confidence.
Q: How will you spend the funding?
Due the sudden three-year epidemic and the fierce competition of e-commerce platforms have turned my profitable business into a loss-making business. And it is increasingly difficult for individuals without capital and team to survive in this e-commerce world. This has made me struggle with bills, debts and survival, and I live under great mental pressure every day. I have been looking for a better way to survive and get out of trouble in these years. Now I finally found a better way to sell: Pre-sell new products by Crowdfunding + create an own store of independent website.
A2:This funds's useing plan:
1. To establish an independent brand website (Med SPA Care® Online Store) , from establishment to operation, technical personnel, operation personnel and their wages, website construction and other expenses.
2. The English packaging design and production of private brand products fees, brand products of productions fees .
3. The promotion of brand products on social platforms such as independent website marketing, various sales platforms, Douyin, Youtbue, etc fees.
4. At early stage, to maintain the long-term stability of the brand website and company operations, employee wages and company operations management, etc fees.
5. Fees to develop new products in the first year.
6. Product costs of procurement, transportation and operating expenses ect.
Q: How do I contribute?
A: From the main page of our IFW campaign, click 'Fund It,' and select the amount / reward you would like!
Q: Do I get anything for my contribution?
A: Yes! We have a selection of tiered rewards to show our appreciation for any amount you may want to contribute. Any contribution will earn their name on our donor appreciation board at brand independent website (Med SPA Care® Online Stores).
Q: When will I get my reward?
A: We don't have an exact date, but you can start collecting your rewards as soon as when our brand independent website (Med SPA Care® Online Stores) is completed and the day be officially opened. We're estimating that will be end December, certain rewards will be scheduled, and donors will be notified when that event is assigned a date. But according to the actual situation of fund raising, maybe in advance or extended.
Q: Can I donate a custom amount of money?
A: Yes! To customize your contribution without choosing an award, choose the 'Monetary Contribution' option. Your name will still be included on the donor appreciation wall (if you want it there!).
Q: What happens if we don't meet our monetary goal?
A: Luckily if this happens, we will get to keep any money we earn (thanks IFW!) and all contributors will get their promised rewards.
Q: Is there a deadline to contribute?
A: Yes, the deadline for contributing is set at December 31th 2024 at the moment, but maybe closed in advance or extended, according to the actual situation of fund raising.
Q: How do I stay updated on the campaign and progress on brand ndependent website (Med SPA Care® Online Stores)?
A: We will continue in here to keep everyone who wants to be updated on all progress with this project. Including when my independent brand website (Med SPA Care® Online Store) creation completed.
