Project Description
Hey everyone, we are Bryn and Saya and we make up Nashville based duo Sayryn. We have worked very hard at melding together the sounds of folk, emo and singer/songwriter music in a way that speaks to us. As friends who have been experiencing young adulthood together, we want to create an album that reflects what we’ve been going through.
Both of us have wanted to be musicians, sharing our art, since we were children. This dream bonded us together the very first day we met in our freshman year of college in 2017. Through our friendship we supported each others’ artistic pursuits and only wrote our first song together during the lockdown of 2020. Writing together through this difficult time period, we realized that we share similar perspectives on growing up, relationships and how we relate to the world. The songs that were born out of this time period laid the groundwork for an album three years in the making.
"Cautionary Tales" is an archive of our young adolescence, with our ideas about life.
It is our hope that these songs resonate with you whether you're 20, 35 or 70.

Select the reward you would like to purchase, and then select the "Monetary Option" reward and fill in the additional amount you would like to contribute.

When the album comes out you get a physical CD & the "Cautionary Tales" zine. The zine is like a small magazine and its made exclusively for our listeners. You'll find lyrics, themed artwork and behind the scenes content that you won't see anywhere else :)
This package will also include a hi-def poster of the "Cautionary Tales" album cover. (Sayryn sticker, greeting card & virtual show ticket also included)
"the manager," as we refer to her, is Bryn's cat Delilah. She is an integral part of the Sayryn team- boosting moral where needed. You can get a custom embroidered doll of her!
As of February, you can also request a CUSTOM cat doll of any cat you desire :)

Get a 1 hour vocal lesson or a 1 hour voice transition lesson from Bryn!
She teaches both as her day job and can give you whatever guidance you need.
Vocal transition lessons are for those looking to masculinize or feminize their voice (as well as achieve an androgynous voice). Bryn has taught this for 2.5 years so you can expect to be in good hands.

We want to send you a handwritten thank you card as a token of our appreciation. You can expect a Sayryn-style card with a sticker added in.
