There are a great many security companies out there making either products or providing direct site security that either mistreat their employees and have other bad practices including some which are unlawful, or are dishonest about the capabilities of their products. Some of these claims are even physically impossible (a 12,000, 000 Volt stun gun, for instance. This is not happening in reality.) I aim to solve this problem through starting Guardian Shield Defense Industries L.L.C., a young, motivated, disciplined, innovative, American operated, woman owned,full service security services, private investigations, and security products and training company which is founded based on providing products and services to the highest standards of ethics, reliability, responsibility, integrity, respect for the rule of law, and scientific testing, and human rights, and treating my employees fairly with dignity and respect. High levels of training and experience and clearly written procedures and policies are paramount. I need U.S. $25,000 to make this work. Money will pay for hiring of guards, investigators, equipment, uniforms, office supplies, training of employees, service fees and rental or purchase of a bigger, more suitable headquarters office for the company.
