Hi, I’m Toni — a mom, founder, and fierce protector of my daughter. The idea for Guardian Band came to me after a vivid nightmare where my toddler went missing and no one helped me. That fear lit a fire in me — and it hasn’t gone out since.
Guardian Band is a wearable child safety device built for real emergencies. Unlike traditional GPS trackers, this device empowers parents to trigger a loud public alarm and flashing light when their child goes missing — alerting bystanders and scaring off potential predators. It’s discreet, tamper-resistant, sensory-friendly, and designed for toddlers and nonverbal children who may not be able to speak or call for help.
The problem we’re solving is urgent:
Every 40 seconds, a child goes missing in the U.S. Children with autism or communication challenges are even more at risk — especially around water or in public spaces. Most existing tech is reactive or made for older kids. Guardian Band is designed for prevention and immediate intervention.

How We'll Use Your Support
We're raising funds to create our first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) — the first real, working prototype of Guardian Band. Your contribution will go toward:
Hiring a hardware developer to build the device
Creating the parent-triggered audio alarm and LED alert system
