The Goodness Collaborative

The Goodness Collaborative is a welcoming, safe space for growth and change -- a place, platform, and set of experiences where you build confidence and readiness. We meet you where you are and we help you tune in, get unstuck, and take action.

When we say you, we mean you: an individual, a small team, or a larger organization. We offer a place to start or re-start something new and hard in community with others going through change. We do this through virtual group programs and experiences, design sprints, and strategic, purpose-led consulting. We're continually experimenting with new products, services, and experiences, so we don't fit cleanly in any one box; we love to take the best of things that work and mix them together in new ways.

WE ARE ADDRESSING TWO BIG PROBLEMS:

1. Work isn't working. High-performing companies aren't often built for and by women; they don't embrace autonomous and alternative work schedules; and they often don't consider and welcome the wholeness of our lives.
2. Navigating a change or a transition is really hard. We can do hard things, but those hard things are often lonely and confusing. We hear, "where do I even begin? How do I get unstuck?"

In our first year, we:

• Offered five group programs centered on personal growth, career pivots & life transitions.
• Ran ~10 sprints / intensives, helping individuals & companies move rapidly through change.
• Partnered with dozens of non-profits and organizations to help them make bold moves.

And, while we serve you in moments of change, we are also re-imagining what work can look and feel like. Our all-women team is made up of folks who choose to work part-time, have full lives, and are navigating all the things. At our core, we offer a supportive space for our team to grow and be whole.

WHY NOW?

Disruption and transformation is here. In the middle of a global pandemic, social justice revolution, and intense election season, our services are needed now more than ever. More people are searching for hope, inspiration, confidence, and clarity. We are being called and asked to serve in bigger ways -- and this campaign allows us to increase our reach, test interest in new products and services, and raise funds to fuel the next season of our growth. Also, there has been overwhelming demand for a Goodness membership to connect our communities and be a regular part of your lives; the outcomes from this campaign will allow us to bring that to life in the early part of 2021. We are community builders and we want all of you to be the supporters, investors, and advocates of our growth.

And, we give a damn about creating good in our world. Since March 2020, in addition to all of the other things we're navigating, we've run three pro-bono weeklong design sprints for non-profits undergoing major change due to COVID-19 and donated ~60 hours of consulting and coaching services to individuals who were laid off or are in transition. People need support right now more than ever.

HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT?

• Invest in someone else. All of the rewards starting at $50 are also available for you to gift to someone. Once you invest, we will follow-up with you to ask who the gift is for. And, big news! When you purchase a reward at the $250 level and above, we will also donate the same product or service you choose to an individual or an organization who needs it. Buy one, and we'll donate one.
