Our Mission
Gone to the Dogs is an ethical pet product company with a mission to create well-designed pet products by way of ethical practices and sustainable principles. We use no-to-low impact materials such as natural, reclaimed and upcycled fabrics, and provide a stable income for artisans and makers who make our products. We also find ways to support our pet community therefore a portion of our sales goes to local animal rescues and nonprofits.
The Problem
As a new brand we are constantly looking for ways to increase brand awareness and presence. Physical pop-ups and markets have proven the most effective method of spreading the word, as well as securing sales. However, this method requires us to pop-up and carry our setup all over the city. This includes transporting tables, displays, chairs, umbrellas, and all our products via subway, car service, and car rental/friends' cars which is expensive, challenging, time-consuming and not eco-friendly.
The Solution
We have a great solution to this problem. To purchase two custom-made, branded, e-assist cargo tricycles, also known as trikes. Made by Worksman, the oldest bicycle manufacturer in the US, these tricycles will get us from A to B quickly, with no-to-low environmental impact and transport our products to markets and pop-ups all over the city. These trikes come with custom storage compartments which open into tables and become our market stall/set up. The tricycles will be fully branded with Gone to the Dogs logos and artwork and serve as unique moving billboards, raising awareness for our brand and attracting customers.

In order for us to continue fulfilling our mission and making a social impact we need the help of our community to help get the word out there! This campaign will fund all collaborators including Worksman who is providing us with the branded tricycles and artisan partners and makers who will be producing pledge items.
