Project Description
- We will provide short term rentals to people traveling and/or locally if needed.
- We hope to corner the market for Airbnb in the Shenandoah Valley. Our hope is that anyone staying in either a short or long term rental appreciates the attention to detail that Grade A Property plans to put into each property.
- We intend to get our feet on the ground and purchase our first rental property with any funds we recieve in the near future.
- Our team consists currently of 2 individuals. Amber Rodocker is the President and owner of this company. She is an entrepreneur, Title Processor and marketer in the Real Estate business, and a dedicated single mom who has the desire to break free from the 9-5 stigma and do something she loves: renovating and decorating. Michael Freeman is the Vice President. An entrepreneur, home renovator, and Head Engineer in the Hospitality business. He shares the same goals of being able to work for himself and help Amber achieve that dream along the way.

- What is Grade A Properties?
- We are a short term rental company hoping to utilize Airbnb as a host among multiple other resources.
- Why short term rentals as opposed to long term?
- We both come from big families and when we stay somewhere we search for accomodations to fit all of us including our four-legged family members. More often than not we are able to find somewhere to stay using sites like Airbnb. We truly believe that aside from hotels being competition, short term rental properties are cornering the market.
- We are not opposed to providing housing for long term tenants but there is a multitude of factors to consider when deciding if the property is more fit for such accomodations.
- Who is Grade A Properties?
