OUR MISSION
Our mission is for all companies with pronoun initiatives to incorporate our lanyards as a way to promote an inclusive environment for the LGBTQ+ community as well as anyone who has ever been misgendered.
THE PROBLEM
Created after hosting & attending countless events and noticing there were little to no options available for desired pronouns at check ins or even networking settings among attendees, we recognized this was not only happening at conferences, but this was an issue everywhere casual interactions took place.

Our pronoun lanyard provides a subtle yet visible way for individuals to showcase their pronouns and well as show their powerful efforts to let others know you respect their pronouns!
WHY IFUNDWOMEN CROWDFUNDING
~Up close and personal~
We are raising money on IFW to finance our second round of Get With The Pronouns Premium Detachable Lanyards that will include a break away clip as well as creating 3 new pronoun options (She/They, He/They, “Ask Me”). We will also use the funds to create an impactful brand campaign to raise pronoun awareness in any space.
THE CREATOR
Hi I’m Candias Henderson
As an LGBTQIA+, female working behind the scenes in the entertainment and events arena, I as well as many of my co-workers suffered from being misgendered while working.
As stated above this was not an isolated issue. It happens more than you would expect, in several places where personal interactions take place.
Although most encounters are innocent for some, being misgendered can do more harm than good. I wanted to provide individuals who are constantly being misgendered a way not to have to constantly explain or express their pronouns verbally.
I also wanted to ensure people were able to subtlety display their powerful efforts to let others know you respect their pronouns!

FAQ’s
Question: What is the material of the lanyard?
Answer: Nylon & Metal.
Question: Do you have other colors?
Answer: No as we wish to keep it subtle, but as grow larger we do intend to put out limited edition pieces for special months.
Question: Do your lanyards have the breakaway clip?
Answer: Our first round does not but our second round will as we know this is required for some schools and workplaces.
Question: Do you have additional languages?
Answer: Not yet. As we grow, we will definitely poll to see which languages we should include.
