Universal Salons growth plan is to franchise our system. We are strategically creating our franchise system to empower technician minded entrepreneurs. We plan to purchase our existing single location, which will be our showcasing stapled headquarters. 

At Universal Salons, we provide quality, independent work space to health, beauty, and wellness professionals. The pain and/or need that Universal Salon Suites address is offering semi turnkey space that allows a start up,  emerging, or even a veteran beauty entrepreneur total independence without the stresses of paying or dealing with strenuous overhead. Leave that to us. We also provide educational training resources, as well as technical assistance. We pave the way for our tenants. With suites being on average as small as 100-200 sq.ft., salon suite owners are able to spread their risk over a number of tenants. If one tenant is late paying rent or walks away owing money, it generally wouldn't affect our bottomline, catastrophically. Salon Suites also tend to work in larger markets and in good locations. 

The salon suites model is a fairly new market that is growing rapidly. It is expected that within the next seven years, This business model will grow to command 75% market share in the salon industry. Traditional salon spaces witnessed a 5% growth just last year. Salon Suites provides an opportunity to generate passive income. Salon Suite industry growth - It has been estimated that roughly 30-35% of all cosmetology professionals are currently operating independent of a traditional salon facility, but if industry growth continues, that number is expected to increase to  75% within the next five years.  The majority of these operators are projected to be salon suites tenants, so the opportunity for suites developers is outstanding. 

Universal Salons Suites is the epitome of entrepreneurship, educational empowerment, and social impact. With our demographic being the African American Female Technician, married, separated, or divorced, this passive income generating model will provide economic growth opportunities not just for Universal Salons, but for a pre-existing and active communities. Our Franchise model consists of low cost franchise fees, resource partners, to include financial, legal, technical assistance, small business development,  wellness and more. We want to be known for entrepreneurial advancement.

The risks that Universal Salons face is being the little guy running with major over resourced competition. Proudly, we've reached our growth cap. Franchising our proven system is the next growth opportunity.
