Project Description
Hi! I’m so excited to start my business, Fit & Lit Dance Fitness! It has always been a dream & passion of mine. My mission statement is : To bring women of all ages, sizes & fitness levels together for uplifting, dynamic & energetic fitness classes in a supportive, fun environment. I also plan on starting my own non-profit for domestic violence victims by offering a monthly free class held at the studio for these sweet individuals focusing on self-esteem & mental health. My target market is women 18-85.
