Many people today have poor fitness and nutrition habits that are costing them the best years of their lives, and putting a strain on our society's ability to provide healthcare to people. This trend is unsustainable at a personal and community level.

The most effective method of building these habits is having a personal trainer who understands the psychology of building these healthy routines by providing guidance and accountability. For most people this service is often not affordable. While there are many programs out there that seek to guide people along this path, none provide accountability the way a coach will.

Our program aims to bring this level of accountability to scale to the masses. Our platform provides instantaneous personalized strength training and custom nutrition planning that fits your needs and goals, all while having access to a coach who can support you along the way and provide accountability to keep you on track. We do this through a carefully structured protocol leveraging the worlds of personal training, psychology and technology to bring the most advanced training platform ever created!

We are seeking funding to produce a marketing campaign to reach more people about what we're offering, and to build our training and technology teams to scale our platform.  We currently have a good start on traction with our social media presence and website, and we are set to really take off with properly focused advertising and brand building efforts. We have many ideas we want to build into our platform to make it more fun and accessible to everyone, and we need the team to make that happen.
