The Problem:
Brokenness within families and communities which has been created due to the broken systems within society.
The Solution:
Emancipation: Freedom for the Incarcerated Soul comes at a time when mass incarceration, which leads to brokenness within families and communities has become unacceptable to people from all walks of life. Criminal Justice Reform seems to weigh heavy on everyone's hearts and be on their agendas, but Johnesha has taken a different approach to resolving the problem.
Johnesha believes the only way to create balance throughout the world and heal the brokenness created by the broken systems within society is to start with the people who have suffered because of its brokenness.

FUNDS AND TIMING
Every purchase made by you on this campaign page whether it be a book or a t-shirt will help us:
1. Print the first five hundred (500) copies of the book. (Two hundred and fifty (250) of those copies will be given away free of charge to an individual incarcerated physically in jail or prison.)
2. Hire an editor for the book.
3. Hire an artist for the interior of the book.
4. Hire a publicist
5. Publish the book.

About The Author
Johnesha Robinson the author of Emancipation: Freedom for the Incarcerated Soul was born and raised in Oakland, Ca. Her childhood dream was to become a lawyer. But when her fiance Alkehm's incarceration opened her eyes to a broken system designed to keep people stuck, Johnesha instead began her personal journey to help individuals worldwide break free from the systems within society.
