My Mission Behind This Passion Project

Elite Workshop was created to educate and inspire female entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs. It’s a unique in-person event that recharges our attendee's mind, body, and soul. I design these workshop experiences to be enjoyable and educational. 

We want our attendees to leave with more confidence and a strong community of growth-minded people. 

Not only do we encourage our attendees to beak their glass ceilings in their business and life but we essentially build a stage for our educators who are ordinary people doing extraordinary things. We want them to use their story to help educate and facilitate our attendee's transformations. In the process they build credibility, and confidence speaking at Elite! 

My Story 

I'm Andy serial mompreneur the creator and founder of this mission. After many years of feeling isolated building my wedding & special event business while being a stay at home mom for my 4 kids, I saw an opportunity to close the wide gap between women and creative entrepreneurship. Many women like myself have big dreams of owning a business for financial freedom, a better way to serve their communities, and the flexibility to have a family and essentially have it all. The 9-5 hustle does not work for everyone! 

But in my opinion, we were missing huge pieces to grow our individual selves and brands. I built Elite Workshop's foundation on those missing pieces, education, collaboration, and community. These are the main pillars I built the workshop on. We have grown quite a bit in 2 years I started this mission in a little local library with the big idea and now we have over 150 alumni and growing! 

I have 3 main pillars that I believe contributes to an entrepreneurs success and that is: 

Education- I'm not talking about traditional education-

Our dreams don't have to be put on hold because we are not experienced in our industry or at our craft at Elite Workshop we arm these women with the right practices, tools, and strategies to scale their business some lack the motivation and clarity to get through their complacency and struggles and that's when the accountability and sisterhood help push them forward. We uncover blocks and limiting beliefs that are holding them back. We encourage them to be confident and tell their story! I believe building a business is less about the infrastructure and more about the person behind it! 

Community-I connect the attendees with the right people to help support them in their business and life. We nurture them first, help and encourage them. 

Collaboration-At the workshop they will learn their WHY and have more confidence showing up and telling their story, they will connect deeper with other growth-minded people that understand which have resulted in some amazing business and life collaborations and friendships. 

Help This Mamapreneur Grow!

We need your help Elite Workshop is only 2 years old and I want to be able to offer more people the opportunity to attend this unique-personal experience. We want to invite different cities and states to host Elite.

In order to grow Elite Workshop stronger, we have partnered with Ifundwomen to help raise money to grow Elite workshop nationally.

With the help of my generous community and contributing to our growth, We will be upgrading our technology from computers to video equipment to reach more people. We will be extending our team and will settle in a new space along with going through a full re-brand from logo to website, to launching new programs. I just launched Elite Empowerment Academy a beta membership program that facilitates more inspiration and education through a series of personal and professional in-person and online events.

We are on target to launch my new podcast  CreativeConversations with Andy in the fall. 

I can't tell you how excited I am to show you what your contribution has done for my business thank you from the bottom of my heart and with your contribution you have supported another female-owned business! Now, that's something to celebrate!
