It is time to take our food and our health back into our own hands! Opening in Atlanta, Georgia, Smitty’s Whole Foods & Organics is a black, family and veteran owned grocery store that will be dedicated to providing quality, natural, and organic foods and non-food products to communities that do not have access to or are unrepresented in the food selection and products of larger grocery stores.
All Smitty’s Whole Foods & Organics locations will be in a predominantly black, underserved, economically challenged community; Food Deserts. We will offer locally sourced and affordable fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and grains that are natural and organic. We are partnering with other black owned businesses to offer hair and skincare products that are unique and specific to us and we will create job opportunities for those in our community.
By supporting the growth of Smitty’s Whole Foods & Organics, you are helping us fight the health-related issues that plague our communities and bring fresh, high quality foods and employment opportunities to the underserved.
Lastly, we guarantee, 90% of ALL grocery and non-grocery vendors, renovations, maintenance and beautification projects will be contracted out to black-owned small businesses in/around the community.

- Where will Smitty's Whole Foods & Organics be located? The first Smitty's Whole Foods & Organics will be located in Atlanta, GA.
- Running a grocery store is expensive. How do you plan to keep the groceries, non-grocery products, and services/programs affordable? Our goal is to purchase our store front and pay for all renovation and beautification projects using grants, investor and owner funds; NO LOANS (preferably). Avoiding loans will allow us to provide affordable nutrition and services/programs to the community.
- What are some of the services and programs Smitty's Whole Foods & Organics will provide to the community? Food delivery service, Nutrition Education, and Employment and Volunteer programs, to name a few.
- Will Smitty's Whole Foods & Organics accept all forms of payment? Yes, we will accept SNAP (State aid), all major credit/debit cards, and cash.
