Elan Noire & Black Women Inclusion
Focused on African Art, Contributions and Equality

Project Description
Elan Noire Lofts exists to create safe, culturally affirming living spaces for corporate Black women professionals while authentically restoring and investing in Black African feminine art. Our mission is to nurture spaces where excellence, creativity, and wellness converge with heritage and security.
Black women professionals often face compounded challenges in urban living.
Lack of culturally affirming and secure housing options
Underrepresentation in property ownership and investment spaces
Systemic erasure or commodification of African feminine art and aesthetics
A need for community spaces that support both personal and professional identity.
$1.7 trillion: Estimated buying power of African American consumers with professional Black women being a fast-growing segment in the corporate and entrepreneurial space.
40% Of Black women are heads of households, with rising homeownership and travel patterns showing demand for luxury, safety, and community-driven accommodations. Global Black Art Market: Growing interest in African and diaspora art offers new economic pathways for cultural investment.
Elan Noire Lofts is positioned at the nexus of the luxury real estate, wellness, and cultural investment markets—sectors ripe for disruption and innovation centered on Black women.
Elan Noire Lofts offers:
Curated luxury living spaces designed by and for Black women with enhanced security, wellness features, and culturally resonant aesthetics.
Built-in gallery spaces and artist residencies to restore and showcase Black African feminine art, connecting residents directly to heritage and investment-grade works. Community programming, from art therapy to professional networking, building a living ecosystem where safety, identity, and inspiration.
We are seeking funding to:
Acquire and renovate the first flagship Elan Noire Lofts property in a metropolitan market.
Commission and license original artworks from African and diaspora artists.
Build secure digital infrastructure for leasing, virtual tours, and art investment.
Launch targeted marketing campaigns and community engagement programs.
Hire core staff and secure artist-in-residence partnerships.
Estimated seed funding required: $1.5M
Corporate strategist and cultural curator with a background in real estate and African Yoruba studies.
We are on a mission to redefine the built environment for Black women—by Black women.
Our initiative empowers Black women professionals in interior design, architecture, and real estate to co-create culturally rooted, future-forward spaces that foster wellness, creativity, and corporate excellence.
We aim to build a first-of-its-kind collective and design firm that champions African aesthetics, safe environments, and corporate living spaces designed for and by women of color. By partnering with women-led firms across design, real estate, and business sectors, we create meaningful collaborations that elevate the visibility, voice, and economic power of Black women in the built environment.
Together, we are creating safe, inspiring, and functional environments where Black women can thrive—whether in boardrooms, creative studios, or community hubs.
