purchase properties from distressed sellers, whether the property is vacant or facing foreclosure. We buy the house as-is.

offer financing to buyers who don't qualify for a traditional loan due to credit

provide safe, affordable housing through our property management company.
We desire to offer our clients comprehensive solutions for their real estate needs
Why Crowdfund?
I am seeking to expand my marketing efforts and reach those who will greatly benefit from my services.
