Question: How do I donate?

Answer: Go to the campaign page, click "Fund It", then click the blue dot next to the level of donation you want to make, enter amount, then click "Submit". Next, create an account or check out as a guest, and enter your card information. You will receive a Fund Receipt from IFW via e-mail. A separate e-mail will be sent to you to submit your contact information to redeem your reward within 3 -5 business days of your donation. 

Question: How do I receive my reward? 

Answer: After you have made your donation, you will receive a "Thank You" email that will ask you to complete our contact form. Once you have completed the contact form your rewards will be delivered to you by email within 3 to 5 business days. 

Question: Can I gift my gift certificates to someone else?

Answer: Yes, when you receive the contact form via email you must indicate who you want your gift certificates to be issued to. 

Question: Is my donation tax deductible? 

Answer: Yes. 

Question: What is the 2021 donation special? 

Answer: Starting January 15, 2021 we are offering a FREE 12 month membership to the 1st 21 donors to donate $210 or more to this crowdfunding campaign. 

Question: If I qualify for the 2021 donation special, what all to I receive? 

Answer: If you donate $210- $299 you will receive 1 E-certificate and 1 membership. If you donate $300- $499 you will receive 5 E-certificate and 1 membership, If you donate $500- $999 you will receive 5 E-certificate, the Wellness Anthology E-book, and 1 membership. If you donate $1000 or more you will receive 5 E-certificate, the Wellness Anthology E-book, t-shirt and 1 membership.

Question: When does my reward membership or gift certificate start? 

Answers: Gift certificates and Memberships are activated once we receive your contact information. Memberships last for a rolling 12 months. Gift Certificates have a 12 month expiration date. 

Question: If I currently have a Farm Oasis membership, do I qualify for the 2021 donation special? 

Answer: No.
