My mission is to create a third space for my community members to come sit. Relax and enjoy amazing locally roasted coffee, high-quality, healthy, food, options, and great company.

Our community does not have a concept, such as mine. I would like to put a small stage in my coffee shop for open mic nights, and poetry jams. I will only promise to serve high quality products, unlike chain, coffee, shops, and niche coffee shops. We will have great drinks, amazing, high-quality food, and a great space for people to relax and enjoy their experience.

Our coffee shop can bring in about $40,000 to $50,000 a month in revenue, the growth potential would depend on opening new locations.

Our coffee beans come from properly fair trade companies that work with farmers in different countries. Our sandwich meat comes from a local deli that serves Halal meat. Our pastries come from a local Artisanal bakery, so we guarantee freshness every day. Our menu is simple, but very high-quality and serves the purpose of a grab and go breakfast, but sit down, lunch, or just a drink date with your best friend

I'm seeking to collect $120,000 to start up the business. I will spend this money on building out the coffee shop in a location that I found which is 1000 ft.². I will also spend the money on appliances and machinery needed to yield a great cup of coffee and great smoothies. I will also need the money for operational costs such as rent and bills. The rest of the funding will be for my staff and restocking any supplies that we need for the shop.

Right now I am the sole owner of the company, my brother is my consultant and he owns three coffee shops in California. I do have two baristas that also want to work with me so it's just the four of us for now.
