    Seduire International – http://seduireintl.com – is a business, mindset, training and coaching company.  They work specifically with mission-driven organizations and teach them how to use Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication Confidence, Leadership Communication Confidence, and 43 different Leadership Skills to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

    Our Diversity Communication Training Program - http://seduireintl.com/diversitycommunication/ - for business professionals brings wisdom, knowledge, and insight on how to appropriately utilize verbal and non-verbal communication towards others of a different ethnic background.  As the COVID-19 pandemic continues and racial tension rises, business professionals of small and large organizations need to be aware of how to effectively communicate to the wide array of internal and external customers.  The training is a variation of Seduire’s current Communication Confidence Program we teach to employees at all levels within an organization. 

    Seduire’s Diversity Communication Program includes, but not limited to, topics such as:

  • The 9 Types of Non-Verbal Communication and how to use them to communicate when interacting with diverse groups
  • How to be mindful and confidently communicate with disparate ethnic groups
  • How professionals can control their emotions in escalated situations at work, locally and abroad
  • Recognizing and mitigating racial bias within your organization
  • How to be “appropriately sensitive” to other ethnicities in the workplace environment
  • And much more…
  • The market size opportunity is 100 million dollars globally and the opportunity for us on and off- line is 2 million dollars.

    We are seeking funding for marketing, training, and payroll.

    Our team consists of four highly trained and educated professionals who have dedicated their career to educate, train, mentor and coach other entrepreneurs and business leaders.

    Seduire has a successful proven track record of teaching organizations on how to utilize the skillset of verbal and non-verbal communication to create a more friendly workplace environment. We work with small and large organizations nationwide and facilitate customized training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
