Project Description
NaSoar Reality Investors, LLC is a newly formed real estate investment company located in Ohio, on a mission to provide comfortable dwelling units for persons with functional disabilities. As a person who has lived with Lymphedema for over 15-years, our Owner LaKisha Nevels, is on a mission to provide future residents with a home that is affordable, easy to maintain, and helps to support independent living.

Ways that we plan to help support our future residents, include having a staff attendant available at scheduled times to assist with grocery or medication pick-up, as well as, helping schedule visits to doctor’s appointments.

The Company’s primary product is to provide comfortable dwelling units: These units will make it easier for persons with functional disabilities to live. The units will include utilities, access to internet, washer and dryers, staff attendants who will be available at scheduled times to assist with grocery or medication pick-up, as well as, helping schedule visits to doctor’s appointments.
Funding request
The Company is looking to raise a total of $380,400.00, for the following purposes:
- The funds will go towards the purchase and renovation of two multifamily dwelling unit, and the first two years of staff income.
