Project Description

My mission with Coley's "Ready To Bake" Gluten Free Italian Bread is to give everyone a healthy and fresh baked Italian bread to set on the table. To safely feed and bring back that sense of nostalgia to anyone suffering with Celiac Disease - Gluten Sensitivity and Gluten Intolerance. Coley's Italian bread is also Kosher. I'd also love to show those who aren't gluten-free how tasty gluten free fare can be, because once you try it, you won't believe your taste buds. Coley's Italian Bread is a true labor of love and I would be honored to share it with the world.

Food in it of itself is a very nostalgic thing and to be able to bring that back into someones world is so very gratifying. For instance- think about when you were a child and your sitting at your grandmothers table and she brings out a big bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. Served along side it is a plate of fresh Italian bread to sop-up all that delicious tomato sauce or "gravy" as we call it in our house. There's nothing better, right? Now, imagine not being able to have that experience anymore. Not being able to fully recreate that experience with your family, because there's nothing comparable to that nostalgic Italian bread you had and remember as a child. Well, I've solved that problem for you. So, in under 1 hour you can have your very own hot, fresh and delicious, gluten-free Italian bread sitting on your table for everyone to enjoy.  Take Coley's Italian Bread straight from the freezer to the oven to bake, no need to do anything else except enjoy!

Coley's Italian Bread

The market size for Coley's Italian Bread is obviously for anyone who has Celiac Disease, Gluten                  Sensitivity, Gluten Intolerance, eats Kosher and everyone else whom wants a great tasting bread.            The sky is the limit!

Coley's Italian Bread started over 12 years ago, when I Nichole Campo (Founder of Coley's Italian                Bread) was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Being that gluten-free fare wasn't as prevalent as it is              today, if I wanted something I would have to make it myself. It's lucky for me that I happen to love              to cook. So, I did just that. It started off with me converting all my family favorites into gluten -                  free versions and eventually catching the eye of a publisher whom was eager to turn it into a                    cookbook called "Secrets Of My Food Affair, A Gluten Free Romance".  All the while tweaking the                recipe for Coley's Italian Bread, until eureka! I did it...  I finally perfected it to what I remember it                tasting like as a child.

Coley's "Ready To Bake" Italian Bread - taste and texture will definitely astound you for sure!

I'm seeking the funding so, I can take the next step and bring this amazing product to the masses. With the funding I will be purchasing all the materials (new packaging, labels, boxes, dry ice) and ramping up production with a co-packer I've been scouting out and keeping everything American made. Please take a look at the video on YouTube to see how it's packaged now.
