 Cohesive Consulting is a business resource & solution center that provides professional service including business development and strategic management. We assist those aspiring to start a business with working knowledge, resources and coaching to create a viable profitable business entity. For existing business owners we provide research analysis, consulting, and professional guidance to scale and grow their company.

One of the biggest problems we often see with small business owners involves the ability to scale their business to accommodate a larger customer base.  Our solutions help identify the bottleneck that is preventing companies from expanding while implementing the necessary processes, systems, and automation tools. 

There is over 700,000 consulting agencies throughout the states, which means our market size opportunity is $3,5000,000,000 on average. 

Our company helps other business owners create freedom in their lives to enjoy the things they love without stressing if the company can functionally run without them.  We create the solutions so that the company can run on auto-pilot or with additional individuals whom we train for their business. 

At Cohesive Consulting, we are seeking funding to help fund our Wealth Creator Society program. This program is for single-parent households who live in subsidized housing who want to establish a profitable business so they can provide a more stable environment that their family can thrive in. We partnered with a few of our top clients to help provide training alongside our company to those parents who will be participants in our program. 

Currently, on our team, I am the Director of Operations and I have an Assistant Director, Bianca, and Social Media Strategist, Patricia, who are both vital to the team.
