We are BaristaSource!
A company created to solve the inefficiencies that plague the Specialty Coffee industry (high turnover, understaffing, lack of equality in coffee shop ownership, unclear pathways to Barista training, lack of resources for existing coffee shop owners and low candidate pools for big box specialty coffee retailers).
Beyond solving the industry's many problems, we also recognize that by building our facility within the underserved communities we serve, that we can help those communities get above the poverty line through training and jobs creation.
