We were tired of seeing Black-owned and women-owned businesses not getting the resources they needed to scale their businesses. So we decided to bring the resources to them.
WHAT WE DO
We level the playing field for these businesses to compete in a large, competitive space by providing them with the marketing and customer acquisition tools they need to scale.
WHAT WE OFFER
We are a service-based business that focuses on providing email marketing, SMS marketing, and chat automation. We also offer an in-depth digital marketing strategy and planning for clients on an as-needed basis. We are a certified Klaviyo, Shopify, and Postscript Partner with over 30+ brands we work with exclusively on these platforms.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US GROW
Like with any business that grows quickly, managing cash flow can become an issue. Currently, CNW Digital's cash flow goes primarily towards overhead with very little that goes towards other areas of interest to grow the business: ie. Advertising, PR, Content Marketing. We are so focused on servicing our customers, that sometimes marketing ourselves gets put on the backburner (the irony right?!). Lucky for us, all of our business has been completely referral-based, having worked with over 30+ women-owned & Black-owned brands in the fashion, beauty, and luxury space. But we know there are so many other brands out there that could use our help, we simply need to get the word out! This funding would certainly put us on the trajectory to do that.
WE ARE LEAN BUT MEAN, AND WE DO MEAN BUSINESS
We are a lean, but mean machine as we like to call it! Our team is currently a team of 4, myself, Clarissa, (CEO & Founder), our Graphic Designer, our Email Marketing & Content Specialist, and our Administrative Assistant. We also do have a CPA & Financial strategist to manage the accounting & finance side of the business as well as a go-to developer that we've been working with for a long time on a contractual basis. But we are expanding and growing our team as we speak, and hiring a second designer.
