Although being on the go is a huge part of most people's life - whether it's your daily commute to/from work or traveling for business or leisure - it is often an uncomfortable, inconvenient hassle.
THE SOLUTION
Cloud 9 Easy Go's patented design provides the extra upper body support that you need while on the go, and its portability makes it easy to take anywhere! The versatility of our cushions allows you to use it in cars, on flights, on trains, in the home and office, and soon in stadiums and arenas. The possible uses of our portable seat cushions are ENDLESS!!! Our cushions are lightweight, compactable, and most importantly...COMFORTABLE!
THE VISION
I came up with the idea for Cloud 9 Easy Go after being on a ten-hour flight from Europe. The flight would have been amazing if the seats weren't so uncomfortable. So after the trip, I researched travel cushions that provide full upper body support, and surprisingly, the type of cushion that I was searching for didn't exist...so I invented it!
There is no other cushion on the market that provides both portability and high-quality support like Cloud 9. I used my own money to fund a test order to see if the cushions would sell, and I successfully sold out of that order, so the demand and need for my product is proven.
WHY I NEED YOUR HELP
As a single-person startup, every penny that has gone into this business so far has come from my own pocket - to fund production of the test order and cover legal expenses for my patent application (which cost thousands). Now that I know there is a high demand for my product, I need capital to continue production, expand my product base, and fund marketing efforts.
The large-size seat cushion was my first product, but since inventing the original cushion, I have expanded the Cloud 9 brand to a number of different products such as a medium-size cushion made specifically for home and office use - office desk chairs, dining chairs, etc.
I also have added several travel accessories to my product line such as our velvet plush throw and travel blankets and water bottles.
In addition, I plan to continue expansion into the sports arena by creating a small-size version of our portable, memory foam seat cushion that will be tailored specifically for stadium and arena seating.

ABOUT ME
So, now that you know all about my product, let me tell you a little about me.. I'm from a small, rural town called Sulligent, Alabama. My grandmother raised me, and even though we never had much, I always dreamed bigger than what I saw around me. It's easy to succumb to your circumstances where I'm from and believe that is all you will ever have, so being able to share my passion for travel through Cloud 9 Easy Go gives me the opportunity to show others that you don't have to let your circumstances determine who you are, what you become or where you go. The world is a huge, fascinating place just waiting for you to explore it; nothing should keep you from seeing its beauty.
I am a first-generation college graduate, and in addition to owning this business, I work full-time as a professional in the Property Management industry and own a second small business. I work very hard, and although I have had countless struggles and failures, I never give up. I was taught from a very early age that nothing is given to us; if you want something, you have to work for it. That perspective on life is instilled in me, and my perseverance and tenacity helped mold me into the self-supporting woman I am today.
Cloud 9 is not just my invention; it's my opportunity to put my stamp on the world. I want to show people that no matter your circumstances, you can be more than what you see around you. If you believe in yourself and don't give up, you can achieve anything. If a little country girl from Alabama can do it, you can too.
