Thanks to all 19 pledges we have raised 7k which is going to advance the livelihood of 70 women! We are going to be rolling out 3 Fem Equity cohorts, we want to celebrate the success of our #Know Your Worth initiative by designating 04.01 to be known as Know Your Worth Day!

THE GOAL
- Supplementing the expenses of our Membership and give our service and expertise to 100 Women
- Secure ownership of our advanced pay equity tools
- Provide funding to pivot and scale our programming to also include conferences, live retreats, and more.
Our Impact?
FOR JUST $100!, We offer 1-on-1 private coaching, weekly group coaching sessions, 52 week career- advancing curriculum, membership, and more!
The past year, we have worked with 10 amazing women like Maribel who have transitioned into a reframe of advocating for themselves, increasing their network and net worth, all while continuing to push the status quo and barriers within their careers. In addition to implementing our strategies, these women have collectively had an increase of approximately $15,000 in promotions and salary raises, deleted thousands of dollars in loans and debt. Our members have used these additional funds to add to their savings, become first-time home-buyers, travel more or achieve further personal goals, and advance their education/career trajectory.
Fem Equity™ is a membership-based platform that should be a required tool for every career woman! We designed a top-tiered platform to enhance underserved women's careers and provide strategies to take them to the next level by providing crafted practical and realistic techniques for a variety of career challenges in an open and accessible way. Fem Equity™ strives to make pay equity a reality for all.
What's the problem?
Fem Equity was created to challenge and disrupt the gender and race pay gap. Black women are paid 63% less on the dollar, which translates into a reduction of almost $1 million in wealth over a 40 year work period. But Latinx women are paid even less, which can add up to $2 million plus reduced wealth.
Scaling our Impact Tenfold
We are proud of the women we have and continue to empower, the client partners, and small organizations that we train, coach, and improve, but we want to make this accessible to more. We are now looking to scale our services tenfold to support 100+ women who direly want and need our services and partner with more organizations supporting those women. By supporting the 'Know Your Worth!' campaign, you are advancing the Fem Equity™ platform and committing to putting an end to a billion-dollar multi-generational wealth gap that affects millions of women and families that should have never existed.
