Chocolate Mindfulness

MYRetreat makes mindfulness irresistible by pairing chocolate with mindfulness.  We are on a mission to impact 1 million professionals, and we have reached thousands. We believe by increasing our monthly retreats to daily retreats in 2023, we will expand our reach. Resulting in more professionals experiencing decreased stress and increased mindfulness. With the added benefit of increase sales for our chocolate partners: Baratti & Milano, Eldora Craft Chocolate, Lake Champlain Chocolates, and ZORA Chocolate.

It has never been more challenging to integrate team building into the workplace, with many workplace environments being either hybrid or virtual. MYRetreat Inc. is well-positioned to help people understand how to best manage their stress. Integrating well-being into daily life has become increasingly difficult.
