Revamped is a career resource dedicated to helping people design intentional career strategies and aid them in refining and strengthening their professional tools and land high-growth careers that fulfill them.

This experience allows Revamped to take a strategic and intentional approach to aid clients land high-growth professions that fulfill them both professionally and financially. 

Our Impact

Since 2019 we have worked with over 900 global individuals to help them achieve their career aspirations! That's a lot of people. With a lot of different experiences.

Our work ranges from an array of markets, industries, and roles. Many of our successful placements include companies such as Google, Goldman Sachs, Walt Disney, Snapchat, Bank of America, and Microsoft, to name a few!

Where the Problem Lies

Despite our years of experience and success, we have noticed that there is one common denominator for professionals. That common denominator is imposter syndrome. 

Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It disproportionately affects high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments. 

Times Magazine found that over 70% of working professionals encounter imposter syndrome in one way or another throughout their professional career. 

Now why is this a problem? The answer is simple, yet complex. Highly accomplished people are struggling with feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, low self-confidence and confusion about how they, in fact, reached the high levels they’ve achieved.

These low vibrational feelings then manifest into a number of problems. Be struggling with self doubt, career stagnation, wage inequality, or mental health imposter syndrome is impacting our workforce.

And it is not for the better. 

We have a solution 

We understand the problem. Which is why we developed a solution. 

In mid 2020 our Founder, Arianny Mercedes was consulting with a client who has 20+ years of experience working at a Fortune 10. During their consultation the client shared that despite bringing in $10B in revenue for the company she felt as if she was not enough. As Arianny reaffirmed her of her both not only as a professional, but as an employee, the client jokingly said "I wish I could have you in my ear telling me these things all the time."

And that is when Career Alchemy was birthed. 

Ever since 2020, Arianny has been working to source top talent to design, source, and produce Career Alchemy. The affirmation card deck that centered around affirmations that she not only practices and uses with her clients, but ones that she uses herself. 

And now we want to bring it to fruition. 

We Need Your Help 

We’re raising capital to make this project come to fruition. Millions of professionals across the globe are well equipped to lead in the workplace, however imposter syndrome and self doubt holds them back from fulfilling their full potential. This is especially true for individuals that are under represented and under served. Which is another reason why we developed Career Alchemy. 

We know that we cannot do this alone.
