At Camellia Alise, our mission is to breathe life into and empower skincare enthusiast and aspiring spa owners so that they can achieve their radiant skin and entrepreneurial goals!

Camellia Alise is a unisex, specialized skincare company, focused on providing comprehensive beauty educational services and effective natural personal care products. Our primary services are manufacturing and retailing all natural skincare products for razor bumps and cellulite, with a business model consisting of spa equipment supply and beauty training services.

We have developed a unisex skincare line of 9 healing, paraben-free, sulfate-free, alcohol-free, vegan skin care products that alleviate ingrown hairs, razor bumps (folliculitis), cellulite, and stretchmarks.

After a few years in the industry, my team and I found that there was also a large need to educate consumers and aspiring business owners on the aspects of proper skincare and natural beauty techniques, so we launched the Camellia Academy and developed the private labeled Camellia Alise cavitation machine in June of 2018.

The global organic personal care market size is projected to reach USD 25.11 billion by 2025, according to a report by Grand View Research, Inc., expanding at a CAGR of 9.5%. In the US over 3 Million cases of a razor bump inflammation and an infection called pseudofolliculitis are reported every year.

In addition to the Camellia Alise skincare collection affecting the shave care and beauty device market segments, the Camellia Alise academy is also vying to penetrate the U.S. cosmetology and beauty school market segment. Over the past five years, the U.S. cosmetology and beauty schools industry has grown by 2.7% to reach revenue of $2 billion in 2018. In the same time frame, the number of businesses has grown by 1.7% and the number of employees has grown by 1.3%. Our academy is training aspiring business owners and spa employees on how to effectively launch and produce effective results for their customers in this growing industry.

We help consumers to increase the confidence in their skin and their spa industry knowledge through high quality specialized skincare products and training programs. Skincare consumers need to have smooth skin and look clean shaven and waxed without having to worry about the razor bumps, ingrown hairs and skin irritations that may come along with the hair removal rituals. Similarly, our beauty training students need to be confident in the skills they possess in performing their skincare techniques and in communicating their skills effectively to potential clientele. In both avenues, we have created a viable solution to equip them with the tools needed to accomplish their goals. We have worked diligently over the last three years to develop a collection of products, skincare devices, and a class curriculum to sufficiently meet both segments’ needs. 

Our products are formulated by a medical Aesthetics Practitioner specifically to eliminate razor bumps on the face and body and cellulite on target zones on the body.

We are proud to have an emerging business that is just now becoming profitable, however, we need to put the requested funds into our growth. We need help finishing the construction of our brick and mortar retail and training facility so we can continue serving our students and customers. and we need to obtain more inventory and marketing to achieve our big box retailer account goals. Until now we have self-funded and gotten funds from pitch contests nationally. 

Currently, our team is made up of 3 inside staff and 2 outside counsel members.

Lyndsey Brantley, CEO and Founder of Camellia Alise, is a structural engineer turned Medical Aesthetics Practitioner from Galveston Texas. Camellia Alise skincare was created for women like her who battle with skin challenges from conditions like PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome) and for the men who are frustrated with their everyday shaving routine and battle daily with razor bumps. In 2012, Lyndsey was unexpectedly laid off and after a year on the job hunt with no success she had an epiphany: "What if I could use my structural engineering degree and medical aesthetic knowledge to solve my skin issues and by doing so help others do the same?" That’s how Camellia Alise began. She learned early on that being a businesswoman in this day and age is hard; with all the information rushing at you online, sometimes it feels impossible to cut through the noise and actually get some answers. Through many mistakes, hard work, and good mentorship, Lyndsey has been able to help this company to be successful but she wants to continue serving students all over the country and helping them achieve better skin and beauty practices.

Deidre Aldridge, Recruitment and Sales Coordinator Deirdre is an enthusiastic Education & Training professional with more than 15 years of passionate service spanning various roles within the education industry. She utilizes her expertise in Admissions Counseling and Educational Career Guidance as well as her successful business operations experience in Sales & Marketing, specializing in higher education; to help the company navigate the decision-making and goal-setting process to facilitate our growth and development. Adept at understanding the complexities and nuances of the strategic business growth processes, she has a strong ability to drive placement metrics, analyze growth analytics, measure outcomes, and create targeted approaches to sell and serve various growth opportunities within the company. Deirdre is an organized, poised and reliable business professional with a national ability to coach, facilitate presentations, mentor and advise.

Khalieb Rafael, Fulfilment Manager Khalieb is an integral part of the Camellia Alise team, he handles the day to day coordination of all fulfillment and delivery operations making sure that the customers receive their orders in the most efficient manner possible.
