Project Description
- The Mission of 73 Charcuterie Co. is to bring people together again.
- Charcuterie boards are always a party favorite - but they take HOURS to make. Hosts have to go to the store, determine ingredients, wash and prep, then finally design the board.
- Currently our market is Southeast, PA. However, with the funds raised from this campaign, we will be able to, cost effectively, ship anywhere in the USA.
- 73 Charcuterie Co. is about bringing people together over food.
- We are seeking funding for a new, Make Your Own, product line. This line will allow us to expand our reach to a national level. Also, the MYO business plan will encourage rapid social media growth and brand recognition.
- Currently, Erika Lebo is the owner and operator. There are applicants for marketing and administration who will come on board once national success is achieved.

I am ServeSafe certified and have over 20 years in the food and beverage industry with the last 10 in food sales and distribution. My husband is a trained chef and a manager in the food sales industry.
