As a woman, co-founder, owner, and CEO of a gaming company, I’m incredibly proud to be on the verge of launching our new Rack Attack! mobile app – a game that uniquely integrates the beloved game of billiards, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. This marks an exciting chapter in an industry that, despite growing in diversity, remains deeply underrepresented when it comes to women in leadership roles.

Here’s the truth: women make up 46% of the gaming space (yes, we’re almost half of the player base!), yet women leading tech-focused gaming companies, especially those in emerging fields like blockchain and cryptocurrency, are still far and few between. As of now, only 3-5% of women lead gaming and tech startups in this niche, and an even smaller percentage have access to VC funding (only 0.11%).

Let that sink in.

Yet, here I am, standing at the helm of a company pioneering in this space. And I know one thing: this moment matters. I’m not just launching a game – I’m part of a wave that can change the status quo. Because for every new woman who leads in this space, the dominoes start to fall.

By integrating instant crypto rewards into a game that demands skill and strategy, we offer a fresh, inclusive experience. Rack Attack! not only entertains but also provides a platform where everyone can participate and earn, challenging the status quo in both gaming and crypto.
