SW Investments, sole purpose is to purchase single and multifamily distress properties below market value. Our mission is to reduce crime rate in our community by remodeling boarded and abandoned properties. This will reduce trespassing, squatters and drug dealers in the community making it a more safe and secure place of living as well as boost thee economy.

East Lubbock TX. Has an exceptionally low poverty rate. The high crime rate in this area has made the market value uninterested to prospects. We plan to purchase abandoned properties in those high crime areas to attract more residents to the community. This will generate more safe homes in the neighborhood.

SWI is seeking funding to purchase single and multifamily abandoned distress properties to fix and remodel for resale, making trespassers and squatters flee and attract new tenants to the community. We will purchase a property for as little as 20k-60k. And spend 20k-30k on renovations  and landscapers. Funding may also be used for listing and selling agents.

SWI consist of 2 founders with highly skilled real estate investing.
