As an educational support service, our mission is to provide HIM Professionals with a unique and individualized experience through authenticity, quality, and care.
Our goal for The Qualified is to radiate academic excellence, increase community engagement through service and apprenticeships, and increase economic mobility through industry certifications.
- New HIM graduates tend to have a difficult time securing employment. Our goal is to help put them in the best possible position to reduce this problem.
- We are seeking funding to grow our business and operate more efficiently. As a newly created small business, we are conscious about our spending. Funding would be used to purchase new technologies to automate the customer experience for each aspect of our business. For example, for Become Qualified, our goal is to allow customers to receive the next steps after booking their tutoring sessions, recommended resources, and a to-do list prior to each tutoring session. For Hire Qualified, we would love to have a website that operates like a dating site to match job seekers with their ideal organization based on their employment needs or vision for their career.
