Project Description
- To provide a service for those who struggle with self affirming, and to provide items specifically meant to remind themselves & loved ones that they are worthy of great things regardless of their pasts, some of the horrible things a lot of us tend to tell ourselves or what some would have us believe. Sometimes we need to be reminded “I am worthy”; “I belong in this space!; “and “I may have done what they say I did, but I am not who they say I am!”.
- It became aware to me that it’s very easy to wake up & say “I’m worthy”, but it’s another thing to truly know that you are wonderfully made. Self affirming takes practice, and it’s ok if you don’t get it right immediately. It doesn’t make you any less valuable, just because you don’t believe you are. Something we should all do more of is making those we love feel seen & heard.
- The market size is immeasurable when you consider that so many of us deal with unworthiness, imposter syndrome & sometimes just being our authentic selves.
- Affirmation Destination is a multipurpose space, complete with a forum & store. Members are encouraged to sign up, share, be affirmed & affirm each other. The blog space will be used for feature content by people dedicated to educating; healing; and community leaders to help those who need more practice in self affirming, or positioning themselves for their purpose in life.
- Thanks to those who’ve taken the time to support this passion, and thanks to those who can’t but would like to help. I’ve been there.
