The B/Suite is a community of BIPOC professionals breaking generational barriers through equity and access. As a tech-enabled staffing collaborative, we support Black and Brown executives who have been systematically excluded from accessing high-paying and flexible career opportunities that allow for true liberation. By providing greater access to these resources, the B/Suite is helping to reduce power and wealth disparities and build financial and professional independence for historically marginalized groups.
All members of the Suite have access to a supportive network, career guidance, training, mentorship and coaching, and ample resources to ensure they succeed with all projects and their independent practice.
As a part of our wraparound support for the Suite, we will be hosting an in-person convening in Atlanta, Georgia - B/Camp. This two-day event will catapult BIPOC executives into fractional leadership, support current executives in their work through community building and collaboration, and bridge the gap between our Suite and organizations committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
To bring this event to life, we are seeking your support. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to cover the costs associated with hosting this event, including speaker fees, marketing materials, refreshments, lunch, and lots of coffee! Donations in excess of associated costs will directly benefit participants of B/Camp.
With your help, we can make B/Camp a success and create a space for historically oppressed talent to connect, collaborate, and build community. Any amount you can contribute will make a difference in supporting BIPOC professionals and organizations committed to the liberation of Black and Brown communities.

About the b/suite
The B/Suite is a Black, woman, and LGBTQIA+-led company founded in 2022 by Candice Durham (she/they), a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, and a former teacher turned school leader and entrepreneur. Candice holds over a decade of experience supporting nonprofits, public schools, and startup companies. Candice began her career as a digital marketing professional before teaching. She previously served as an executive talent and communications leader for charter management organizations.
The B/Suite supports organizations in efficiently meeting their hiring needs through fractional staffing services. With a growing talent pool of thoroughly vetted Executives, our tech-enabled process can implement a swift and streamlined placement process, ensuring any team has the expertise and capacity needed to keep moving forward.
But more than just a staffing agency, the B/Suite is a community on a mission to connect leaders of color with flexible career opportunities.
By doing so, we hope to collectively reduce power and wealth disparities, build financial and professional independence for Black and Brown people, and increase diversity across the c-suite and senior leadership.
